• In order to receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back un-worn, un-washed, and in new condition with the original tags still attached and postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items returned after 7 days are eligible for store credit only.
• No returns are accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Sale/Clearance items, jewelry, and accessories are all FINAL SALE.
• Please thoroughly inspect your merchandise upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if your items are defective or damaged.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once your items have been received.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
